Returns

Our Policy​

  •  Please choose your products carefully as we offer an exchange or return policy at our discretion only.
  • Garments must be returned within 7 days of the date on your invoice to be considered for return and they must be in original packaging, with all labels and swing tags and no soiling or make up.
  • We will not accept returns or exchanges without an RA number supplied by ourselves upon application.
  • We will not accept returns or exchanges without the original invoice.
  • Please note that these terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act regarding faulty products. We will find a remedy for you in this instance.

RA Numbers
Please email contact@businessclothing.co.nz to request an RA (Return Authority) Number. Please state your reason for the return, list garments being returned if it is not the full order and quote your invoice number. Note that wrong size or not liking the garments is not an acceptable reason for returns – companies or groups requiring samples can order on that basis. Click here for samples


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Exchanges
We are only obliged to replace defective or damaged garments and will look to do so with immediate effect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Security
As Business Clothing is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, All Returns and Exchanges should be sent via COURIER / TRACK AND TRACEABLE POST


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@businessclothing.co.nz


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
