Business Clothing is not a consumer business. Our key targets are other businesses – we are primarily a B2B company.

And for businesses or indeed large groups we are happy to provide samples – so you can check your garment choice and for sizing purposes.

But this service comes at a cost to us and so we cannot afford to extend it to individual consumers. Sorry.

So, if you enquire about getting samples, please don’t be offended if the sales rep asks about the final size of your order. It doesn’t have to be huge but it does need to be more than the one or two garments an individual wants to see before they buy.

I am afraid that small volume for individual use will need to be purchased and subject to our strict returns policy

SAMPLES POLICY
Unlike many businesses, it is NOT our policy to invoice you for any samples and the cost of freight to send these to you. Or to require pre-payment in full for samples.

But we will ask for security for these samples – either credit card details or you can fill in an account form. After all, you wouldn’t be able to walk out of a shop with clothes you want to show to people at work. Existing clients already on account are able to order samples.

We are based in Tauranga but we service the whole of NZ and beyond, and regularly courier garments to the desks of businesses throughout the country. So convenient.

  • Samples MUST be returned to us in a RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, CLEAN AND UNDAMAGED. Soiled or damaged samples will be returned to you and full payment will be required.
  • Please take care when opening your bagged samples as they MUST be returned along with ALL PACKAGING in a RE-USABLE CONDITION. This includes pins, tissue paper, swing tags, plastic bags, hangers and anything else that comes with each garment. Non-return of packaging will incur a $3 + GST per garment re-packaging fee.
  • Please ensure that you send your samples back to us using a TRACK AND TRACEABLE COURIER METHOD. If we do not receive samples that you have sent and you cannot provide a “Proof of Delivery”, we will require full payment for the samples. We will not be held responsible for undelivered items sent untracked and/or via NZ Post
  • Samples MUST be returned to us within 7 DAYS. We may invoice you or charge your credit card if garments are returned outside this time.
Why so strict on 7 days? The big difference between a business like ours and a high street clothing retailer is that we offer a much, much bigger range in various sizes and colours. We can only do this by relying on supply from and returns to our wholesalers. These wholesalers are very strict on how and how quickly returns need to be made. They will not accept damaged garments, those without perfect packaging or those returned after their deadlines.

HOW TO RETURN SAMPLES
Please contact the sales rep you have been dealing with and request a RA (Return Authority) number.
